Alexandra Colta:
Alexandra has been working as Festival Producer for Document Human Rights Film Festival since 2019, after being part of the programming team and organizing the annual Critical Forum since 2016. She is also working on distribution & festivals strategy at the Scottish Documentary Institute and coordinates the GRAM Net Film Series, programming films on migration and the refugee experience. She has also recently completed a PhD at the University of Glasgow and St Andrews focusing on politics and programming practices at human rights film festivals.

تعمل ألكسندرا كمنتجة مهرجان لمهرجان توثيق أفلام حقوق الإنسان منذ عام 2019، بعد أن كانت جزءًا من فريق البرمجة وتنظيم المنتدى النقدي السنوي منذ عام 2016. وهي تعمل أيضًا على إستراتيجية التوزيع والمهرجانات في المعهد الوثائقي الاسكتلندي وتنسق GRAM Net Film Series ، برمجة أفلام عن الهجرة وتجربة اللاجئين. كما أكملت مؤخرًا درجة الدكتوراه من جامعة جلاسكو وسانت أندروز مع التركيز على ممارسات السياسة والبرمجة في مهرجانات أفلام حقوق الإنسان.
