Synopsis:
An exile returns to Palestine for the first time in decades, tasked with liquidating remnants of his family’s past. Guided by a mysterious document, he embarks on a journey to find a lost gem, traversing the land and encountering its people. As he grapples with unfruitful efforts and mounting pressure from his family abroad, he begins to feel like an outsider in a transformed homeland. A pivotal encounter with Abu Bassam, a steward of the land, shifts his perspective, revealing that Palestine never forgets its people. His mission evolves from liquidation to reincarnation, culminating in a newfound sense of permanence

Born and raised between Jerusalem and Ramallah - Palestine, Uday Jubeh studied Mechanical Engineering in BZU and has been active in theatre as an actor and production assistant since 2010. He has participated in numerous plays with several theatres, such as Ashtar Theatre, the Popular Theatre, and the Palestinian National Theatre - Al Hakawati.
Jubeh began his interest in cinema and filmmaking in 2015, where he and a group of his friends experimented with producing numerous short videos. He has also edited and filmed promotional videos for numerous organizations
