In 2017, Tunisia passed a law committed to the prosecution of violence against women, and in Jordan, paragraph 308 of the Penal Code has been deleted, which waived a punishment for rapists if they marry their victim for five years. The film provides insight into years of protests and campaigns that brought about these changes, and the community’s awareness on equality and women’s rights. Produced by ANHAR, Ma3mal 612, Actif.
